Global Talent Foundation Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes, with immigration education at the core of its registered purpose. We work with high-achieving professionals, including experts, researchers, founders, athletes, artists, and leaders, to structure their impact, make their contributions visible, and understand their pathways to opportunities worldwide, including the US talent visas (O-1, EB-1A, EB-2 NIW).
Most talented people have done extraordinary work, but that value is often hidden, buried in scattered documents, job titles, and unstructured experience. Our mission is to change that through free education and community support. All our programs are free and community-based: we charge no fees and do not give legal advice.

O1EB1 (www.o1eb1.com) is the free education program of Global Talent Foundation for scientists, engineers, athletes, artists and founders. It explains the official rules (USCIS Policy Manual, 8 CFR, State Department) in plain language, shares anonymized community experience, and answers questions in free community chats. The main text is open to everyone without sign-up.

O1EB1 began in 2023 as a volunteer knowledge base for Russian-speaking professionals, who asked the same questions again and again and often had only paid advice to turn to. Global Talent Foundation was formed in 2024 to give this work a nonprofit home. In 2026 we brought all our earlier material (forum, guides, community archives) together into one free site, run by the foundation.
